Hondeo Ink offers a variety of flavorful and chewy premium cuts of meat cooked on a charcoal grill. The pre-seasoned and non-smelly Kochujang Pache and the spicy side dish, Bibim noodles, are also recommended. The interior of the restaurant is clean and located in a new place, and they sell non-mainstream meats such as pork offal and pork belly. The seasoning balance is excellent, and the miso sulbap and cress noodles are particularly delicious. The cost performance is also excellent, making it a charming butcher shop.
