In the Sri Lankan style, the combination of umami and spices creates a very rich aroma. The curry can be enjoyed in two servings, and mixing it halfway through offers an interesting change in flavor. The combination of minced meat curry and another dish, along with vibrant plating and side dishes, makes it easy to keep eating. The spiciness can be adjusted to your preference, and toppings like herbs and soft-boiled eggs pair perfectly. The shop, located near the station and marked by its glass exterior, has a counter and tables, making it a comfortable place to be. I was surprised to find natto served alongside, but it surprisingly pairs well and can be enjoyed with drinks.

The presentation is very beautiful. You can enjoy two types of curry on one plate; at first, you can taste them separately, and then mixing them makes it even more delicious. The fragrant basmati rice is topped with colorful side dishes, which is exciting to see. Without using curry powder or flour, the umami of the broth and the aroma of the spices are pleasant. You can choose the spiciness, the amount of rice, and the toppings, making it fun to customize to your liking. It has a refreshing aftertaste, so you don't get tired of eating, and the attentive service is heartwarming.
