Wrapped in the sounds and aromas coming from the kitchen visible through the glass, I felt excited the moment I took my seat. The pasta, expertly finished by the chef, was rich and deep in flavor, especially the ragù made with braised beef cheek, which was unforgettable in its deliciousness. The squid ink dish had the sauce and noodles perfectly intertwined, spreading umami throughout my mouth. The fluffy homemade focaccia was fragrant and paired well with every dish, making it hard to resist reaching for more. The tiramisu had a perfect balance of sweetness and slight bitterness, and I couldn't stop using my spoon. The service of sake, where you can freely choose between a carafe and small cups, added a playful touch, and both my friends and I were very satisfied.
