You can enjoy mixology cocktails made with ingredients from the Hokuriku region, as well as sake and Japanese tea.

Using sake 'Tengumai' from Ishikawa Prefecture, it is accompanied by Noto Sakura soy sauce, sake lees from Fukumikuniya, and Takagi koji miso powder at the three corners of the masu. You can also enjoy the changes in each flavor.
