It is located in a residential area, creating an atmosphere where local people casually stop by. With tatami seating and spacious seating arrangements, you can relax comfortably. The warm duck soba was thick and full of flavor. The well-roasted thick green onions became tender and combined with the broth, spreading the umami. The broth had a strong soy sauce flavor, with the richness of the duck and mushrooms melting into it. The noodles had a light texture, making them a perfect match with the crisp broth.
