♡ July 24, 2021 Kyoto Pork Cutlet Shimizu ☺︎ I've been wanting to go here for a long time! Loin and filet of pork cutlet sandwich! We shared the sandwich ⑅︎◡̈︎*! I've always wanted to try this kind of sandwich. often look bigger in the photo than they are in the real thing, but Shimizu-san is the opposite! It's bigger than I thought it would be! It's so thick! You have no choice but to bite into it. I had to bite into it, so it was a bit wild. But it's so delicious that I ate it all up! The soup curry that came with the meal was also very tasty. I'd like to try the tonteki next time. I'd like to try the tonteki next time ✧︎*.

Fantastic spot. Very good ambience and atmosphere. Tonkatsu is good, with its sauced coating. Owner is a good host. Recommended if you go at opening because the counter gets full quickly with only 10/12 places.

✏️ Tonkatsu Shimizu〗Kyoto-shi〗Kamigyo-ku〗. ------------------------ ☘katsu sandwich (💴1500) We came here for a pork cutlet sandwich over 4cm thick. I was given a choice between the loin and the filet, and I chose the filet. I happened to get a chance to take a picture of the loin as well. I was allowed to exchange it for a sandwich. The appetizer was a spicy curry with vegetables cooked well 🍛. I want to drink! This cutlet sandwich was made with the intention of filling up the juniors of the rugby club. It is more than 4 cm thick. ‼️ I wonder if it is a good frying degree because I can see the pink skin left faintly. I was shown the one before it was cut with a smug look. It was huge! The fillet cutlet was thick, but fluffy with dense meat fibers, The loin cutlet I was given was too 💦 firm because the batter was too deep-fried. The fatty side of the cutlet was thick and rich. In the end, it was difficult to eat it with bread at the same time, I ended up eating it alternately. I ended up eating it alternately, which is not how I enjoy cutlet sandwiches (lol). The volume is quite large and interesting. Why don't you try it at least once? (^^) :) By the way, the walls and tables in the restaurant are covered with graffiti! I was allowed to doodle on some of the tables, so look out for it!
