From appetizers to Peking duck, noodles, and congee, there is a delightful variety to choose from, making the selection process enjoyable. The mapo tofu has a pleasantly numbing aroma, and you can adjust the spiciness to your liking. The twice-cooked pork has just the right depth of flavor from the miso, and the texture of the cabbage is well preserved, making it satisfying. The fried rice has well-separated grains and a light mouthfeel, allowing you to enjoy it until the end. I particularly liked a dish featuring gently salted pickled mustard greens finished with a sweet and sour seasoning and finely chopped green onions. The recommended dishes are exciting with unexpected contents, and I also appreciate that the restaurant is smoke-free.
