In a calm space that feels like a hideaway, the concrete walls and live kitchen are very stylish. The plate of vegetables and chicken that came out at the beginning of the course conveyed the quality of the ingredients gently, and the mild seasoning was comforting. The pitch-black, shiny sweet and sour pork had lychee inside, and the sweet and sour flavor along with the fruity aroma spread with each bite. The spring rolls wrapped whole shrimp had a crispy coating, and the contrast with the plump filling was enjoyable. The spicy mapo tofu and fragrant blue soup also elevated the second half of the meal, allowing us to continue eating without getting bored until the end. The natural wine and craft beer paired excellently, making it easy to linger at the counter.
