We use organic ingredients and provide all seasonings handmade. We enhance the sweetness of the koji without using sugar, bringing out the natural sweetness of the vegetables. The fish is dried and compressed, allowing you to eat even the bones. Our smoothies also utilize natural ingredients, offering a harmonious flavor.
