Cold noodles are served here and come with a salad and kimchi. The cold noodles are served in a large stainless steel bowl, soaked in a generous amount of cold broth. There is also a wide variety of kimchi, with four different types available. I especially enjoyed the seaweed kimchi, which was my first time trying it. There are many Korean restaurants in the Tsuruhashi Shopping Arcade, but the seasoning may vary from restaurant to restaurant. It is fun to find a delicious restaurant that suits you. The kimchi at this restaurant was also my personal favorite.
