In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.
・In case of a reservation for 4 or less persons
On the day/No show…100% of the reserved plan price
・In case of a reservation for 5 or more persons
3 days prior…100% of the reserved plan price
In the case of a seat reservation cancellation, fees will be charged based on the list
prices below according to the conditions stated above.
Lunch: 5,000yen/per
Dinner:10,000yen/per
・In case of cake reservations
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cake from 3 days prior to the reserved date.
・For holiday season or special event reservations, the cancellation policy of each plan will apply, so please check the terms and conditions of the plan you have reserved.
