The white noren welcomes you, and the vending machine near the entrance is also interesting. Inside the shop, you can see a stone mill, and the aroma of freshly ground soba wafts through the air. I chose 100% buckwheat, and I'm delighted by its smooth texture and rich aroma. The seasonal tempura is crispy and pairs perfectly with the soba. The rich soba broth is very unique, providing satisfaction until the very end. It's a place where you can enjoy a calm experience even alone, and the selection of sake is also impressive.
