The private room style that allows you to relax is full of a special feeling. The dishes created by the chef from Robuchon bring out the charm of the ingredients directly, with surprises in every plate. The cold appetizer, where the sweetness of corn overlaps with the richness of sea urchin, was delicious enough to bring a smile. The grilled spiny lobster is plump, and the combination with white asparagus and sabayon sauce is the best. The risotto with the aroma of black truffle and the tender abalone has a simple yet powerful flavor that remains in memory. Even the peach soup and yuzu sorbet we had to finish were light, keeping the excitement going until the end.
