The restaurant can be used as a casual café during the day and as a romantic place to dine in the evening.

Located in Kagurazaka, Tokyo, the cafe was originally used as a boathouse. Later, it was transformed into an eating and drinking establishment and is now a local landmark as an Italian café. With its long history and location in harmony with nature, it has been loved by many visitors.

He entered the culinary world after working part-time at the main Chianti restaurant in Sasazuka, Tokyo. He later graduated from Ecole Culinaire and worked at several Italian restaurants before moving to Italy. He gained about 1.5 years of experience at Grand Hotel Duomo and Ristorante Amiberton in Milan, and upon his return to Japan, he assumed the position of Chef de Cuisine at Canal Café.
