Hiroshima-yaki is really tasty! As a big fan of Hiroshima-yaki, "Buchimasu" was my favorite restaurant, but I recently visited a famous Hiroshima-yaki restaurant in Kanda Station. The name of the restaurant is "Karp". It is a very "Hiroshima" color pushed to the forefront. It is very close to Kanda Station, about a 3-minute walk. You will not get lost at all. As one would expect from such a popular restaurant, it was crowded during the evening meal time. There were about two groups of customers, but the turnover was surprisingly good, so we were able to get into the restaurant quickly. When you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by an old man who often appears in magazines. It was a while ago, so I don't remember what we ordered, but it was very tasty and generous in volume. As I recall, I ordered Hiroshima-yaki, negiyaki, and a Coke. What did you think of the restaurant, anyway? Really delicious! Cheap! Fast! It's like the king of B-class gourmet. Okonomiyaki is the king of B-class gourmet. The old man who often appears in magazines cooked all the okonomiyaki, but he always warned me (and every customer) that the hem would get sauce on it, and I got the impression that he was very considerate. We left the restaurant very satisfied. Thank you very much for the food. However, although the food was very good, I personally still can't get over "Buchimasu" in Shinjuku.
