As you pass through the entrance, a large wood-fired oven comes into view, and just the fragrant smell raises your spirits. You can see the baking process from the counter, making the wait enjoyable with a live atmosphere. The thick, chewy dough pairs well with the fresh tomato sauce, and the margherita pizza, subtly infused with the aroma of wood, was excellent. The pizza made with homemade fermented chili has just the right amount of spiciness, and each bite releases a burst of flavor. The appetizers are elegantly crafted with seasonal ingredients, and they pair perfectly with wine and craft beer. Thanks to the staff's attentive explanations and well-timed service, I was able to enjoy my time there until the very end.
