Exceptional Satisfaction with a Diverse Yakiniku Menu
Located in front of Kyoto Station, this yakiniku restaurant offers a wide range of à la carte options and a series of dishes. It is popular among families and tourists, providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy delicious grilled meat. The Kyojo green onion rolls and premium loin are particularly well-regarded, allowing guests to discover new flavors with each visit.
The interior of the restaurant has large windows, making it bright and spacious, with a moderately lively atmosphere that was also comfortable. The lovely madam who took our orders and served us was friendly and further enhanced the restaurant's ambiance, making it easy for us to relax despite it being our first visit. The fresh fish carpaccio, uni tomato cream pasta, half & half pizza, salt caramel dessert, and espresso were all incredibly delicious. The pasta noodles and the tomato sauce on the pizza were especially outstanding. I would like to visit here again the next time I go to Kyoto.

The shop, renovated from an old house in an alley, is pleasantly filled with the scent of wood and soft lighting as soon as you enter. The space, which consists only of a counter, has a calming atmosphere, and the decoration of dried flowers is very stylish. The course meal consists of six dishes made with seasonal ingredients, each plate being delicate in both appearance and taste, creating excitement. In particular, the amuse-bouche of churros and the salmon appetizer were impressive with the overlapping aromas of herbs and citrus. The pairing savory cocktail, made with homemade distilled water combined with sake and whiskey, gently enhances the flavors of the dishes. It was a wonderful night where I could feel the happiness of lingering aromas and aftertastes in the leisurely flow of time.

I have lived and experienced in front of Kyoto Station, but could not find a second BAR. I visited Premiere Bar, which was introduced to me by an acquaintance, and found that its location, price range, number of items, and business hours were all excellent and easy to use. The no-charge policy, the fact that it is open all year round, and the consideration for late mezze make the patrons very happy. I enjoyed their single malt and fresh fruit cocktails and was very satisfied. This restaurant has the potential to become the new Kyoto Station standard and I will continue to support it. Thanks for the treat.
I used it to celebrate my entrance to school. I added strawberry sauce burrata cheese to the lunch course and shared the roasted local chicken as the main dish with my companion. The portions were very large. We enjoyed the meal very much, especially the burrata cheese with strawberry sauce, which was particularly delicious. We had a seat where we could see the cherry blossoms in full bloom, so we enjoyed our meal while feeling the arrival of spring. Please let me use it again.
