I was very satisfied with the food, as I was able to fall in love with the idea of wanting to eat good food in a small quantity.
The dishes were all very flavorful, and I was particularly impressed with the contrast between the grilled natural eel, the large fatty tuna, and the fresh eggs and kohada (small skin). I would definitely visit again when the season changes.
Also, the quantity of food was just right for me.
The chef was very attentive to my layman's questions and taught me many things in depth, which was also greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
I didn't know there was such a sushi place in Shibuya!
It was my first visit and it was the best sushi I have ever had!
