Which gratin to choose? Monthly Financier Pilgrimage This time, I chose a restaurant I've been wanting to visit when the weather gets colder! That's Melange, a gratin bar! The concept of this restaurant is to serve drinks with gratin...". I love gratin, don't you? I have been curious about this restaurant for a long time. It is located on the first floor of the Shinyo No. 2 Building on Kamidori! Look! The door handle is a big wooden spoon! It's so cute! Live piano music as you enter the store! Comfortable tones are echoing in this small floor. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and table seats, and it is very cozy. We went to the counter. Of course, we toasted with Champagne Comte de Bellini! The way the bubbles burst was amazing! Fruity and easy to drink! The menu is really rich in gratins! They always have about 10 different kinds, changing daily! This is very distressing! There were also salads, a la carte dishes, pasta, and more! First of all, there was a potage of mushrooms as a side dish! They were so considerate, saying it must have been cold! The flavor of the mushrooms and butter is definitely delicious! Hokkaido Crab Miso Tofu with salmon roe (1,000 yen) It looks so gorgeous and beautiful! Isn't it photogenic? When you try it, the texture is tofu, but you can also taste the mild bitterness of the crab miso! The salmon roe is small but has a nice texture. I'm glad I chose a good cold dish! Beef tataki salad! I knew I had to have a salad, so I looked at the menu and found the beef tataki salad! I found a beef tataki salad! Being meat aliens, we naturally ordered it! The rare meat is lined up around the salad! It was served with balsamic vinegar, which was refreshing! The meat is so tender that it has a lot of fat.... If it wasn't for the balsamic vinegar, I think it would have been too much! We also had a lot of vegetables! I can't take it anymore! A5 rank sirloin steak au gratin 1,500 yen I'll say it again, we are meat aliens! This is what we ordered first! The size of this dish is enough for one person to eat!
