Bright straw color with a fresh fruit flavor and pleasant acidity, characteristic of a dry sparkling wine.
The bottle is shaped like an ancient Greek amphora. It has a bright straw color with a greenish hue and delicate fruity aromas. Fresh and fruity, with a crisp taste, it leaves an impressive finish reminiscent of bitter almonds.
Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Bottled at the stage when it reaches 2.5 atmospheres while undergoing sur lie. It has the aroma of white flowers typical of Cortese and a subtle bitterness. The soft mouthfeel of the lightly sparkling wine is pleasantly dry.
Bright straw color. By fermenting Sangiovese as a white wine, the aromas of Sangiovese become more complex, featuring notes of unripe fresh amarena, orange blossom, broom, and quince. A balanced flavor that includes rich minerals, pleasant freshness, and a slight acidity.
Clear straw yellow. Aromas reminiscent of Eastern fruits with a concentrated feel, winter melon, citrus fruits, white flowers, and a hint of saltiness. The taste is rich in fruitiness, lively, fresh, and umami, making it a very satisfying wine. The fruity aftertaste is long, with delicate almond notes felt in the finish.
Traditionally made in the 'Alberello' style. This is a cultivation method that has been practiced since ancient Greek times in the sun-drenched region of Puglia, using no supports. By keeping the trunk low, it improves water absorption, but this method is labor-intensive and reduces yield, so only a few producers still use this technique today. Some of the grapes harvested this way are partially dried to produce a rich juice. It offers flavors of fruits like prune and fig, with a hint of spicy aftertaste. It has received a perfect score from Luca Maroni for three consecutive years.

Beautifully shining straw color. Aromas of apricot and ripe orange with hints of Darjeeling, cardamom, and nuts. There is also a nuance of yogurt, making it complex. The structure is solid, and it offers a rich fruitiness and lingering finish, showcasing the unique flavors and complexity of an unfiltered orange wine.
This is a Lambrusco made from Salamino di Santa Croce DOC, which was awarded the Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso for the first time. Salamino di Santa Croce is one of three areas known for producing high-quality Lambrusco, characterized by a flavor profile that lies between the robust Grasparossa and the delicate Sorbara. It features gentle bubbles with a light effervescence and is a well-balanced Lambrusco that is fruity and dry. Aromas of red and black fruits such as rose, blackberry, and cherry are prominent, showcasing its fruity character.
Decorated with real grape twigs, carefully attached one by one by hand. A refreshing white wine with a moderate richness reminiscent of apples and white flowers. It has a fresh and full-bodied flavor with aromas of fruits like melon and pear. It features a pleasant acidity and a faintly enjoyable mineral sensation on the finish, making it a well-balanced wine that pairs easily with food.
A deep, beautiful violet color. It has aromas of raisins and ripe cherries. The vanillin from the barrel adds richness. The powerful fruitiness, supple acidity, and umami and saltiness felt in the finish are very well balanced, enhancing the appetite. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, it is aged for 6 months in Slovenian oak barrels. It is released after 2 years.
A robust fruitiness created from ripe grapes with a golden hue, featuring aromas of tropical fruits and citrus reminiscent of Northern Italian grapes. It has a soft texture and fresh, lively acidity, resulting in a white wine that reflects Southern Italian Chardonnay. This dry and well-balanced white wine is versatile and pairs well with a wide range of dishes.
A deep color with aromas of blackberries and red berries like cassis. Rich fruitiness from Montepulciano and noticeable tannins. A warm texture from Primitivo and gentle acidity. This red wine is dry with a sense of body. Unlike many wines in this price range that have a strong sweetness typical of southern Italy, this wine has clear tannins and acidity, making it a great pairing item for rich meat dishes and strongly flavored grilled foods.

The term 'Pudinge' means 'a collection of rocks' and is named after the vineyard where the grapes are grown. It has a bright straw color with golden highlights. The aroma evolves from peach, cedar, and ginger to elegant notes of hazelnut, mint, sage, white pepper, vanilla, chalk, and herbal plants. It has structure, rich acidity, and volume. It is well-balanced and persistent. Ideal for vegetable and delicate starter courses, seafood dishes, white meats, and slightly aged cheeses.
