There are many flavors from Aomori, and it’s exciting from the start. The hot pot with apples paired well with the miso broth, giving off a wonderful aroma and was very delicious. The smoked mackerel, strait salmon sashimi, and horse sashimi were all rich in flavor, making it easy to enjoy some drinks. The rose grilled meat from Towada and the dipping fried noodles were also fun in texture, providing satisfaction until the end. There is a wide variety of drinks, including apple sour and sake, allowing for personal choice. The decorations inside the restaurant are unique and cozy, which explains its popularity.
