A hidden gem for creative Japanese and Chinese cuisine
Umami Laboratory 128 is a hidden spot in Shinchi that focuses on creative Japanese and Chinese dishes. Every dish in the restaurant truly brings out the umami flavor as the name suggests. The compatibility of the fried rice and mapo tofu is particularly appealing. Open late, it’s a place where you can enjoy gourmet food in a calm atmosphere.
