I heard that it is popular and seats fill up quickly, so I finally got to go. The interior is new and pleasant, and the greenery visible from the window is very beautiful. The appetizers served at the beginning are plentiful, and the aroma and umami of the ingredients are well conveyed. The pasta can be chosen from three options, and the garlic oil with shrimp, scallops, and broccoli was very satisfying. The dessert includes hojicha ice cream, allowing for a pleasant experience until the end. The timing of the dishes being served was smooth, and the careful explanations and responses left a lasting impression.

It is so popular that reservations are hard to come by, but it was wonderful as expected. The interior is very clean, and the green view from the seats is soothing. The first appetizer was beautiful and substantial, lifting my spirits from the very first dish. There are three options for pasta, and each flavor has a distinct personality that is satisfying. Even the desserts are carefully made, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment with drinks. The explanations of the dishes and the timing of the service are also well done, making for a pleasant experience.
