[Fukuoka Hakata] Every day at any time there is a long line, I made my first visit to the main store of the representative tonkotsu ramen in Hakata. On a weekday just before noon, when I arrived at the store, there was already a line of about 30 people, and I waited for an hour... ★ 3-1-6 Hakataekihigashi, Hakata Ward, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture ★ ~2,000 yen/person A la carte ◇ Ajitama Ramen ◇ Ajitama Chashu Ramen After sipping the soup, I thought, hmm... is it too mild? The unique smell of tonkotsu never went away, and I had to add the spicy takana and ginger on the table to adjust the flavor, which was a bit disappointing since it wasn't really to my taste... But this is a matter of preference, so of course, there were some people who finished it all. The staff was plentiful and everyone provided excellent service!

First time eating Hakata Ramen｜Happy to eat delicious food! I've been to Hakata so often. I've never actually had real Hakata Ramen before... This time, I will definitely eat it again! As we were talking about this at dinner, one of my friends told me that the restaurant we went to for lunch was quite good! I got the information that the restaurant we went to for lunch was very good! I'm going to try it! After eating yakiniku, I came to eat ramen by myself! It's about a 15 minute walk east from JR Hakata Station's Murasaki Exit. Hakata Isso It was past 8:00 p.m. when we arrived at the restaurant. There were 12.3 people in line! We've come all this way, and we're definitely going home to eat! I thought it was ramen and the turnover would be quick, but there was quite a line! While waiting in line, I bought a meal ticket in advance from the ticket machine and handed it to the waiter. Once we were seated, it came right away! Ramen: 650 yen I thought the soup looked thick and frothy, but it was surprisingly light and light. But it was surprisingly light and refreshing. I could smell the smell of pork bones when I was waiting in line. I was quite prepared for it. The kikurage (kikurage) topping did a great job! If I could add kikurage as a topping, I would! The noodles are thin, as you would expect from Hakata! I heard from a friend that "crunchy" noodles are recommended, but I'm not a fan of hard noodles! I chose the normal type, and it was delicious! They are thin, so they are easy to eat. But I guess the thin noodles stretch quickly. That's why you recommended "balikata"... Sorry~! At the counter, you can enjoy the different flavors of takana, ginger, and garlic, depending on your preference! I simply finished my meal without any of them! This was my first experience of Hakata Ramen, and I knew the soup was different from Osaka's! I am curious to try other Hakata Ramen restaurants! When can I go next time? Thanks for the food! Is this a genre of bubble ramen? I'm not too sure, When I traveled to Fukuoka, I was told by a friend that she wanted to try the ramen here first. I went here as soon as I arrived at Fukuoka. Maybe it was because we came here first, It was my favorite ramen among all the ramen I had on this trip. The ginger was white, which I had never seen before. I wanted to try the side menu, too, I wanted to have a side dish, but I had a reservation for mizutaki afterwards, so I held back... If I have a chance to come to Fukuoka again I will definitely come here again.

Memorandum of Kyushu honeymoon ④ Ramen Restaurant Muso near Hakata Station The bubbles created from the pork bone broth floating on the surface are called "Tonkotsu Cappuccino. The special order thin flat noodles are original noodles that are supple and intertwine well with the broth.　See the restaurant's website. The soup and noodles were that good! I would like to visit other delicious ramen shops in Hakata!

A souvenir from Fukuoka by an acquaintance (^-^) I got a half-boiled ramen sold by Hakata Isso as a souvenir from my friend's hometown in Fukuoka, so I took it back to the supermarket and ate it. I bought a half-boiled egg and green onion and cooked it right away! I bought some leeks and cooked it right away! I followed the list of how to make it and it turned out well lol. The pork bone broth is rich but has no smell and the noodles are cooked to a crunchy consistency, but they are thin and firm with a nice barley aroma! I didn't give them anything as a gift, so I will have to give something back to them next time. Hakata Isso's ramen was delicious! Thank you for the food!
