In a quiet place surrounded by forests, you can enjoy meals while feeling nature. The classic interior, reminiscent of an old Western-style mansion, has a calming atmosphere that is pleasant. The creative French cuisine, inspired by the blessings of the mountains, brings out the flavors of wild herbs and mushrooms. Dishes like mugwort and ancient wheat, wild herb fritters, and butternut squash potage all left a lasting impression. The bread is fragrant and fluffy, and the dish of paprika and mushrooms, simply finished with salt and garlic, highlights the umami. The staff provided warm service, and combined with the view of the Yatsugatake mountains from the window, it became a special time.
