This dry rosé wine is made using Pinot Grigio grapes with a grayish-pink skin, and by soaking the skins in the juice (maceration), it achieves a light salmon pink or copper (ramato) hue, along with fresh aromas of berries and pink grapefruit, and a refreshing acidity.
Beautifully shining with a slightly orange-tinted golden color. A complex and concentrated aroma of poached apricots, yellow peaches, citrus peels, dried potpourri, cardamom, roasted hazelnuts, and beeswax. The mouthfeel is soft and rich. It has a rich mineral sensation with smooth fruitiness, accompanied by fresh and rounded acidity and tannins. A distinctive dry wine characterized by a lingering spiciness of white spices.
