The presentation of the appetizer looked like a dessert, and my mood lifted the moment I saw it. The vegetables were fresh, and the explanations of the origin and producers provided extra reassurance. The sautéed spinach was fragrant, and the richness of the bacon made it irresistibly delicious. The freshly fried beef croquette was fluffy, and the sausage was crispy and bursting with good aroma. The slowly simmered beef stew and the pizza with a combination of cheese and seaweed in a pastry crust also left a lasting impression. The wine and cocktails were easy to drink, and the relaxed atmosphere felt like an old-fashioned café, allowing for a leisurely enjoyment.
