A visit to a restaurant that refused to be interviewed This restaurant was (supposedly) introduced as one of the three best hormone restaurants in the Kanto region in the TV program "The Restaurant that Refuses to be Interviewed". I was surprised to find that both the meat and the hormone here are among the best I have ever eaten. The kobukuro sashimi in particular is a must! It is so good that you should eat a plate of it per person. The fresh kobukuro with a crispy texture, combined with a light sauce, will make your beer go down a storm. On the day we visited, we were served five kinds of horumon: three each of sagari, hatsu, mino, mulled fish, and pork tongue. The cuts were large and thick, and the price of 1,000 yen was unbelievable! In the meat section, I highly recommend the medium-sized kalbi, and after eating a piece, my whole body was shocked and I couldn't help but order rice (*>_<*). The subton, my favorite part of yakiniku, is seriously melt-in-your-mouth good. The restaurant has counter seating, so you can enjoy drinking with good quality hormone, or you can eat heartily at a table. We went early on a weekday, but most of the tables had a reservation plate, so reservations are recommended. I would like to revisit once a month or so.

If you want to be impressed by horumon, this is the place to go @ Nippori. It's been a long time since I've been to Yamadaya ❗️ The horumon here is drinkable. Tender without any smell. The korikori-type is light in your mouth. There are plenty of rare parts. Jan is the abalone of meat ✨. And the liver ❗️ is sweet and fluffy. Too good to be true 🥺. I wish I could go back in time when I could eat liver sashimi. No hot air grill, no way 🤣.
