This is a Sapporo-style long-established ramen shop that was founded in 1984, located on the first floor of a building right in front of Roppongi Midtown. The sign featuring drum can ramen is a landmark, and it has been loved for many years as a classic late-night ramen spot that supports the nights of Roppongi. The signature dishes are soy sauce ramen for 950 yen, salt ramen for 1000 yen, and miso ramen for 1100 yen. The famous custom options '1, 3, 5' (hard noodles, oily, salty) and its advanced version 'Noodle Bari' for 950 yen (soy sauce only) are reasons why long-time fans keep coming back. The rich soup made from soy sauce, pork bones, and seafood is paired with Nishiyama Seimen's curly noodles. The soup holds up exceptionally well, maintaining its elasticity until the last bite. The toppings are simply composed of chashu, menma, and green onions, enhancing the main flavors. A visit to a restaurant that refused to be interviewed Personally, when I think of ramen in Roppongi, this is the place to go. This is one of the best restaurants in Roppongi. I like the famous "1, 3, 5", but I also like "menbari". The miso ramen is also delicious.
