Sushibe

We take pride in our sushi made with carefully selected fresh ingredients such as tuna and salmon. The tuna, in particular, has no sinews and a soft texture, perfectly balanced with the rice. Sets that include chawanmushi and soup are also popular, and the great cost performance is an attractive feature.

The interior has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal comfortably at the counter seats or in partitioned areas. It offers a homely space where you can also enjoy communication with the chef, providing a pleasant time for visitors. It is a warm space that encourages lively conversations with family and friends.

This is a sushi restaurant located in Yamanashi Prefecture, which is landlocked yet continues to offer fresh sushi. It has been a beloved presence among local people, supporting the region's food culture for many years. Next door, there is also a barbecue restaurant, catering to a wide range of needs. While valuing the local food culture, it continues to take on new challenges.
