Mr. Tsujiguchi is a genius... He came to the restaurant around 6:00 p.m! I really wanted to come here even though it was dinner right after I got home, so I forced myself to come! Mr. Tsujiguchi is a famous patissier...once you see him, you will never forget him. First, you choose a cake from the showcase! I was a little nervous because of the time, but I was attracted by the eccentric color of the cake, so I decided on this aigle! There was also a chocolate cake, so I chose a strawberry chocolate cake (I forgot the name of it...). I like black tea, but I chose Noto milk hot milk. Egglu One sip and what? This refreshing feeling! So delicious that it's hard to believe it's the color it looks like... ♪ The sourness of the lemon and the chocolate inside is already exquisite! I think I've never had a cake like this before! I was so shocked! Mr. Tsujiguchi is a genius! The chocolate was sweet and sour, and the strawberries spread in your mouth...it was a refreshing double punch! Hot milk I'm glad I chose this one! It's refreshing and mellows the palate... It's very gentle and well-calculated! It's also delicious with marron syrup. I took the baked goods home as souvenirs! Kanazawa Balm It was so moist and buttery all at once! Dacquoise Soft and fluffy, this dacquoise is probably the best dacquoise I've ever had! Guimove Pineapple flavored marshmallow, but soft and pineapple flavor comes here? I'm wondering if the pineapple flavor comes here! Neige Caga The bitter taste of hojicha is in the crispy cookies - I keep getting hit! Mr. Tsujiguchi is a genius! Ishikawa products are used in cakes and baked goods! You should definitely go there when you visit Kanazawa!

A secret tea room further inside the café at the back of the Prefectural Art Museum? s tea room. Sweets that go well with tea are just kept coming out. The boiled tea leaves are also impressive. This time, the sweets were mainly cold summer treats. Reservations required.

Located in the Ishikawa Prefectural Museum of Art Chef Hirohiro Tsujiguchi's Cafe ☕️ Le Musee du Ashe Blissful time after beauty salon✨ 3/1-🍓 parfait on sale ♥️ Its name is... Parfait Ange 🍓✨. ¥1,400+tax I went to eat it as soon as possible😍. Delicious parfait with plenty of mascarpone and 🍓joule 🎵. Served with espresso sauce ✨ I'm hoping to go back before it's over since it's only available until the end of April ♥

Le Musee de Ashe Kanazawa. Hirohiro Tsujiguchi is from Ishikawa Prefecture! It was nice to walk around Kenrokuen Garden in the early morning and enter the store at the same time it opened to avoid crowds. I heard that the parfait was good, but unfortunately, they don't seem to have it now! The Japanese tea was wonderfully balanced between sourness and sweetness, and the Hakusan was impressive with the chestnut inside creating a change in taste and texture. The HAKUSAN was impressive, with the chestnut inside changing the taste and texture. The mille noisette was a little hard and a little difficult to eat.
