I entered the restaurant excited by the sound and aroma of the iron plate. The sweetness of the sauce was just right, and the pork and batter were wonderfully soft and fluffy. The menu with a lot of oysters had each piece large and packed with flavor. The fried oysters with plenty of homemade tartar sauce were crispy, and I was happy to find oysters in the soup as well. I also got to taste the Chiya beef curry, which had a moderate spiciness that was deliciously addictive. There is also takeout hormone rice available, so you can enjoy it at home too.
