I was excited to find the restaurant fully booked when I visited on the weekend, showing its popularity. Thanks to the staff who made a reservation for me, I was able to be seated smoothly, and I was impressed by the warm service from the start. We toasted with ice-cold beer and enjoyed cooking to our preferred doneness on the gas roaster. The thick-cut tongue was both firm and tender, with juices bursting forth, making me feel happy. Each cut, like the harami and shinsin, had its own distinct character, and both the lean and fatty parts were grilled to perfection, leaving me very satisfied. To finish, I savored the spicy, sauce-less cold noodles and the raw chocolate ice cream, making it a meal that kept me smiling until the end.
