Next time, we'll have dinner.........................I went! Last time, I visited only for wine. It's been a year since I've been there, and I'm definitely looking forward to having dinner next time! I was able to visit with my friend and three other people! I'm really looking forward to the charcoal cooking and Tuscan wines! Only omakase course menu. A la carte is also available late at night. First, a toast with Chartogne-Taillet! Now, let's get started with the dishes! Dried salted cod with lily puree, caviar and mascarpone on top! The caviar and mascarpone on top of the caviar is gorgeous! The liliy buds are creamy and when combined with the mascarpone, it's like a sweet treat! It's like a sweet treat!
