The counter and tables are spaciously arranged, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The variety of sake is surprisingly abundant, and the staff carefully explains the characteristics, making it enjoyable to choose. The small dishes that come out first include three items such as shrimp and pumpkin chawanmushi, which are flavorful and pair well with the drinks. The plate featuring fresh sashimi of bluefin tuna and yellowtail, along with ankimo (monkfish liver), is all fresh and rich in flavor, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Among the skewers, the tsukune mixed with shiso and yuzu, as well as the lamb tongue, are particularly aromatic and have a delightful texture. The rich tonkotsu ramen with a flavorful broth made from sea bream that we had as a finale, with its chewy thick noodles, was the best as it clung to the soup.

Spacious and relaxed store interior. The counter is also comfortably spacious. There is a considerable selection of sake, including room temperature and aged varieties.
