The style of grilling over charcoal is enjoyable, and the aroma already whets the appetite. The meat, including kalbi and loin, as well as tongue, offal, and even pig's feet, all have great flavor. They also offer the unique cow neck from Hiroshima, which is fun to cut with scissors and grill slowly over charcoal. The charcoal is well-packed, and the heat is just right. The interior is filled with smoke, but the friendly atmosphere allows for a lively and enjoyable experience. It pairs excellently with beer, and the white rice is also very appealing.
