I went to eat there knowing it was delicious. But I was still impressed by the taste. This is my favorite eel. People may have different tastes, but I love the crispy surface of the eel here. There is no smell at all, the skin is not squishy, it is not greasy, but the taste is perfect. I will go back to eat here again.
