I casually stopped by an Italian restaurant located at the back of the shopping street. The course, which changes with the seasons, had the theme of 'smoked' this time, and the aroma spread from the beginning, making it enjoyable. The appetizer, which combined returning bonito with black garlic, was impressive thanks to the rich acidity of the yogurt, enhancing its depth. The tagliatelle, despite being thin, had a strong presence, and the combination of cod and garlic chives was addictive in flavor. From the lasagna layered with mushroom and chicken ragu to the red beef dish, the sense of sauce was outstanding, and I was never bored until the end. The pairing of wine and sake was perfect for the dishes, and with the cleanliness of the restaurant and the pleasant service, I was very satisfied.

I managed to make it just in time! It's still delicious 🥰❤️ I was not sure if 380g was enough for the two of us. It was not enough for two people.
