You can enjoy a course French meal that incorporates Japanese ingredients. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared and very delicious. The amuse-bouche of mini tomatoes and mozzarella is refreshing, and it's fun to eat with chopsticks. Dishes like clam jelly and seared bonito with new onions, as well as a soup of spring vegetables and homemade pancetta, create a pleasant flow. For the main course, you can choose between fish and meat, and the combination of grilled sea bream with shallot cream sauce and tapenade was light and memorable. The wine and sake pairings complement the dishes, allowing you to feel the balance with seasonal and local ingredients, which was satisfying.
