In a quiet atmosphere of a hidden gem, the hospitality of the couple is very warm. The chawanmushi that was served first had a rich dashi, and the umami that spread in my mouth was impressive. The hassun and sashimi were crafted with care, allowing me to enjoy the colors of the season. The tempura made with seasonal vegetables had a light batter, highlighting the sweetness of the ingredients. The curry at the end had an excellent balance of natural sweetness and spices, making it a taste that made me want to ask for a second helping. The cheerful banter between the bright proprietress and the head chef was heartwarming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
