A small shop with a very lonely gourmet style, I was very eager to visit after seeing a Japanese artist introduce it on YouTube. It's a very cost-effective barbecue restaurant, with generous portions of meat at quite reasonable prices (compared to the city), and the meat quality is super delicious. The gas stove has strong heat, so you need to be careful and pay attention to the cooking time. Although making a reservation is a bit of a hassle (you need to call in Japanese or use a paid reservation service), it took a little time to confirm the reservation, but the staff were very proactive in communicating using Google Translate, and they were very friendly and welcoming throughout the process. Even a regular customer at the next table helped explain the menu in simple English, which made me feel very reassured. The only downside is that the smell of smoke is very strong; the haze was so thick that I could barely see the people at the next table (laughs). However, the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages!! Highly recommended!!

Exploration of a restaurant that refused to be interviewed This restaurant is said to have been introduced in the TV program "The Restaurant that Refused to be Interviewed". I had already visited the store near Nippori Station, but this time I went to the main store, which is located in the middle of a residential area about a 5-minute walk from Mikawashima Station on the JR Joban Line. It was a weekday evening when I visited, but the restaurant was full. And there was a little (?) smoke in the air. Smoke filled the restaurant, so regular customers brought their own garbage bags to put in their bags and jackets. (No one asked me.) Basically, I don't eat hormone when I go to a yakiniku restaurant, and I don't eat shōmoniku when I go to a hormone-yaki restaurant. However, I always order beef tongue and halami, which are my favorites, no matter where I go. Beef Hormone Stewed with Salt I wanted to try the "kobukuro sashimi" that I have not been able to forget since I had it at the Nippori branch, but they were unexpectedly out of stock, so I hurried over to this restaurant. I thought it looked light, but it was surprisingly rich and thick. It was good because it was the first half of the meal, but I think I would have suffered if I had it in the middle or later half of the meal. The chopped hormone and the saltiness were great, and I felt again that this is a restaurant with a high level of quality. The very thinly sliced tongue After browning on both sides in the gas roaster, the beef tongue was cut into bite-sized pieces with scissors. It had just the right texture, juicy and tasty, the ideal beef tongue. At this point, the ruby was already empty. Menta-Abu/Hatsu The choice of sauce or salt flavor was available, so both were served with salt. It was chewy, probably because it is a muscular part, but it was easy to cook and easy to eat because each piece was knifed appropriately. The flavor is enhanced when eaten with the green chili pepper vinegar recommended by the waiter. Hormone This is the No. 1 menu item in the popularity ranking posted inside the restaurant, and we ordered it with sauce. I think this is due to the high quality of the preparation, but there is no distinctive smell at all, so only the deliciousness of the hormone hits you directly. As with the above, this dish is also moderately well sliced, so it can be eaten with a gusto. Extras? I am sure I had senmai sashimi and harami, but I did not take pictures of them (laugh)! It's a little far from my home and work, but I'm sure I'll be back. Everything on the menu is surely delicious, so it would be good to visit with about 4 people and share the various parts of the dish.
