In a small space on the second floor that feels like a hideaway, it's enjoyable to watch the dishes being prepared right in front of you. Each plate brings out the essence of the ingredients, centered around a Japanese sensibility. The cooking is superb, with both the fish and meat showcasing their flavors beautifully, which was impressive. In particular, the crepe towards the end had a wonderful balance of saltiness and sweetness, and the contrast between moist and crispy was perfect. Desserts like grape sorbet and tea mousse also elevated the mood. The flow of the meal, which can be savored with all five senses along with explanations, warmed my heart with its thoughtful attention to detail.
