Long-awaited buds! How many years has it been since I've BM'd here... A good friend of mine reviewed it and I thought it was definitely my kind of place! Since the day before I decided to go to Ishikawa Prefecture, I have been wanting to go here! It was a long time coming, so I went! The place is near the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. The store is located in a narrow alley. We parked our car in a nearby coin-operated parking lot, but it was a bit difficult to park because of the many streets. It was after midnight, and there were no guests when we visited. However, guests came in later and later, and the restaurant filled up quickly! We visited at the end of September. The shaved ice was just at the end of the season, so we were lucky to make it just in time! It is not sold now. The shaved ice menu is Green tea azuki 860 yen Kuromitsu kinako 750 yen Fresh sudachi honey 860 yen Fresh ripe figs 860 yen Fresh muskmelon 860 yen The moment I saw the menu, I made an immediate decision! I love figs! The shaved ice served to us was so fluffy, you could feel it from its appearance! And the figs are in a separate jar! I'm more than happy with the type you can pour over yourself! The fluffy shaved ice does not sink down! This ice is so soft and fluffy that it doesn't sink down! And the figs are just as they should be! They are perfectly ripe and sweet! The texture of the figs is very soft and crunchy, and you can really feel the figs! The green tea azuki beans that my partner had was also wonderful, with a very rich green tea flavor! The store lived up to my expectations and I'm so glad I kept BM warm all the way! Thanks to whoever reviewed this place! I would definitely recommend shaved ice here if you go to Kanazawa in the summer! It's not too far from Kenrokuen! Tsubomi! It was very delicious!
