This is a hidden gem located deep in an alley, and the further you go, the more exciting it becomes. The interior has a clean and calm atmosphere, with tables placed comfortably for relaxation. In the back, there is a view resembling a garden, making it a cozy place. The soba noodles are thin, fragrant, and have a firm texture that makes them pleasant to slurp. The dipping sauce has a slight sweetness and rich umami, and it becomes even more delicious when diluted with soba broth. The condiments of green onions and wasabi complement the dish, and there is a variety of appetizers and courses available, including soba flour pizza, grilled local chicken, and yudofu (tofu hot pot).
