A tasting of 3 types of wines from Eastern Europe, such as Georgia, which are still rare in Japan. Recommended for first-timers as well.
Georgian red wine. Made from carefully selected Saperavi grapes grown in the Mukuzani region of the Kakheti area. It has aromas of ripe cherry, almond, and vanilla, along with the unique aroma of Saperavi. The tannins are velvety, and the oak aroma is exquisite.

Georgian white wine. Light aromas of tropical white fruits such as pear, melon, and citrus. Distinct flavors of Kisi and Mtsvane varieties. A slightly lighter body with good balance. Lively with strong acidity and a long aftertaste.
Amber wine (orange wine) made using the Qvevri method from Georgia. Pale golden color with aromas of white cherry, fig, and dry herbs. Rich bouquet. Playful acidity and ripe tannins.
