It's a small space with just a counter, and it's enjoyable to see the dishes being prepared right in front of you. Although it's French cuisine, many of the dishes feature seasonal vegetables as the main attraction, showcasing the strength of the ingredients. The combination of turnip and tuna, in particular, was impressive with its depth amidst a gentle flavor. The atmosphere is calm enough to spend time alone, making it very comfortable. The flow of the omakase is natural and progresses lightly, allowing you to enjoy every dish until the end. There are several Japanese wines available, which you can enjoy pairing with the food.
