This course is recommended for families and business guests who want to eat steak but need a private space. The steaks are grilled using the far-infrared effect of heated lava rock, so customers can grill easily and enjoy a different flavor from teppan-yaki. This course is also popular among couples and customers with children.
The special broth is poured into a paper pot and served with thick sesame sauce or light ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) to taste. It is also safe and cool in summer because no fire is used. The 10,000 yen course uses Japanese black beef ribeye. The 13,000 yen course is a higher grade of special Kuroge Wagyu beef ribeye.
This sukiyaki course features 160 grams of Japanese black beef ribeye, hormone, and seasonal vegetables in a broth that can be enjoyed twice at the same time, a Kayano-style experience.
