A renowned restaurant to savor the flavors of Okayama
Uomasa is a place where you can indulge in the local flavors passed down through three generations. Using fresh Setouchi fish, the beautifully crafted sushi offers a unique harmony of flavor and texture. In particular, the nigiri of 'mamakari' and 'hososakana' evoke the arrival of spring, spreading vibrantly in your mouth. You can enjoy a luxurious moment while gathered around the comfortable white wood counter.
