In a space with the warmth of wood, you can relax immediately. There are counters, tables, and even private tatami rooms, allowing for a leisurely time. In addition to sushi, creative dishes come out one after another, each with a careful flavor. The colorful appetizers, chawanmushi, and seasonal tempura are delightful, and I can't stop using my chopsticks. The temari sushi is small and easy to eat, bringing a smile every time it enters my mouth. Even the coffee and the sweet red bean soup at the end are delicious, leaving me feeling happy until the very last moment.
