This is a restaurant where you can enjoy a calm meal in a quiet atmosphere in an alley. The small whiteboard at the entrance says that the grilled fish set comes with tonjiru (pork miso soup), which is exciting. The grilled fish has a crispy skin and tender flesh, making it easy to eat with rice. The tray also includes a hearty tonjiru, small side dishes, and pickles, allowing for a well-balanced meal. The smoked salmon belly has a subtle aroma and can be enjoyed refreshingly with lemon. Although the restaurant prefers to keep a low profile regarding photos, I am happy that I can truly savor the freshly grilled dishes with my eyes and taste buds.
